Intentional Achievements is a full-service intentional behavior transformation company providing business and personal education, coaching, consulting and customized training solutions for real-life business situations and challenges.
Our general approach is to analyze each request to determine which type of delivery is appropriate to achieving the desired outcome. Once the appropriate delivery methodology is established, we custom design the final delivery product based on the specific needs of that group and its related goals and objectives, then conduct the program and measure the results.

Over decades of training and coaching, Joseph M. Price noticed the same pattern again and again: people left programs knowing more, yet the change often faded under the pressure of everyday life and work. Knowing was rarely the problem. Applying it consistently was.

As President of Best Care Investment, LLC, and founder of LidaCubillos.com, she transforms assisted living operations and empowers healthcare leaders to excel. Her journey began with Sunrise Care Homes, Inc. in 2000, providing compassionate care to the elderly, shaping her leadership philosophy centered on innovation and sustainability.
Lida’s expertise spans optimizing assisted living facilities, mentoring leaders, and guiding international business expansions. Armed with an MBA in Global Business and Public Administration, a Business Management degree, and certifications in health education and assisted living management, she combines knowledge and hands-on experience. Fluent in English and Spanish, she bridges cultures, fostering collaboration worldwide.
As Director of the International Growth for Intentional Achievements, LLC, Lida has mentored global leaders and guided cross-border growth. Recognized as ABWA Arizona Woman of the Year in 2010, she continues elevating healthcare standards, inspiring leaders, and building a future rooted in high-quality care and cultural competency.
Dr. Dustin Jackson

Dustin is a researcher, speaker, and consultant whose work examines hope, leadership, and the human challenges of organizational change.

Dr. Dustin Jackson is a researcher, speaker, and consultant whose doctoral work uncovered what most leadership programs have been missing for decades: hope — not resilience, not grit, not optimism — is the single strongest predictor of whether a person will navigate change or resist it. He calls the consequence the Hope-Ioid Epidemic, and he wrote the book on it.
Over twenty years, Dustin has delivered the Neuroscience Challenges of Organizational Change in sixteen countries and inside Fortune 500s including Google, IBM, Disney, T-Mobile, Accenture, and American Express. He has keynoted for ACMP, SHRM, WorkTech, and the Washington Mandela Fellowship, and taught post-master's leadership certifications at Arizona State University.

Ingrid West
Director of Organizational Integrity
Ingrid brings executive experience in finance, business operations, complex transactions, and organizational leadership across a range of industries.

Ingrid West is a seasoned operating executive with deep experience in finance and business leadership across industries including professional services and training, industrial services, manufacturing, construction, and mining. She is an expert in complex transactions, having led numerous mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and start-ups.
Ingrid held various finance positions throughout her career, which included head of worldwide accounting at RWD Technologies, a global alliance partner to SAP that provided training and lean consulting services. Subsequently, As CFO of Davis Calibration, she helped guide the company's sale to Danaher Corporation. She later served as President & CEO of Acton Mobile, the third-largest modular office rental company in the U.S., where she led a turnaround that tripled EBITDA in three years while overseeing its sale. In 2018, she became a founding Operating Partner of Crossplane Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm. She has served on the boards of Griffin Dewatering, Empower Rental Group, Mobile Box, Viking Fence, Kaemark and Hunter Onsite.
Born and raised in Germany, Ingrid holds a B.S. in Accounting from Franklin Pierce University and an M.B.A. in International Business from Loyola University. She and her husband Dave live in Marco Island, Florida, where she enjoys golf, motorcycle trips to national parks, and watercolor painting.
