In simple terms, Intentional Coaching is about growth and visible change in performance through Intentional principles, the power of Discovery and thoughtful action “with and on purpose”. It is the art and skill of facilitating the performance, learning and development of another which closes the gap between thinking about doing and doing thereby accelerating a person’s potential to maximize their own performance.
So many important problems that plague us today are complex, involve multiple actors, and are at least partly the result of past actions that were taken to alleviate them. Dealing with such problems is especially difficult and the results of conventional solutions are often poor enough to create discouragement about the prospects of ever effectively addressing them. The Intentional Coach™ uses a systems approach to deal effectively with just these types of problems and to raise your thinking to the level at which you create the results you want even in those difficult situations marked by complexity, great numbers of interactions, and the absence or ineffectiveness of immediately apparent solutions.
The Intentional Coach™ Certification Program is 42 hours of intense training to impart the attitudes, knowledge, skills and tools necessary to help you help our clients discovery and implement the solutions they need to create the life they desire. Our coaches learn to integrate The Intentional Coach Model™ with their personal style and tools learned in the program to accomplish their mission.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive your certification as a licensed Intentional Coach™ certified by Intentional Achievements, LLC, a member of The Intentional Companies. To maintain your certification, an annual refresher program must be attended.
There may be opportunities for Licensed Intentional Coaches to utilize their new certification within several of The Intentional Companies.
